Great service, coffee, food and prices every time
Cozy place, lovely staffs, and delicious food👍🏻👍🏻
Lovely little corner cafe serving great coffee. It's always packed and frequent by the locals in the neighbourhood. Food is generally healthy. Could do with bit more meat portion on the plate. Flavours were great nonetheless. Bit pricey for not as much meat that you're getting though.. Pecan pie was quite sweet, not too many crispy bits of the pie and lot of condensed milk in the pie filling
This is a great setup. Plenty of indoor seating with some spots available outside on the footpath. The staff are very friendly and attentive. The coffee is great as is the brunch menu. Great combo of lunch and breakfast food on order. The Ruben sandwich is very tasty and is a big draw card. The bagels are awesome and can be purchased in a bag to take home. Home made pickles are also available and are worth a try!! Finding parking is reasonably easy, most parks are only a short 20m walk if you don't get a prime spot. Highly recommend a visit if you are in the area. Only area for improvement would be asking for drinks/coffee order straight away as most people know what they are after and this can get the ball rolling a bit faster.
A great way to start a Sunday morning. Although the staff were certainly under pressure due to the sheer demand to dine here, the coffee, food and overall dining experience were worth the wait. One waitress in particular showed excellent skill to hold composure under the busy circumstance. Will come again.
Experiencing the flying fig is like getting a warm hug from your best friend on a cold day. It's somewhere you go to feel welcome, to relax and lose yourself in the environment around you. Fresh coffee, food, and lovely people await you.
Went in for a brunch with the family.. was pleasantly surprised despite the run down decor of the place. Had the famous pastrami though the quantity was a bit thin to my liking but it definitely was a refreshing treat.. kids had the iced mocha which was good and thick .. retailing their own produce is quite interesting... had to book a table as they were busy on Sunday.. overall experience was great
Fantastic brunch spot! Best coffee in North Adelaide! A super diverse and delicious menu that is suited for the whole family and many dietary requirements. Great attention to presentation and balance of flavours on each plate! They sell some of their own produce and also source their produce quite local. Can’t wait to return to this spot next time I’m in Adelaide!
Had the smoked pastrami Ruben and wow that’s a delicious sandwich. Very filling so you can skip dinner. Incredible flavour in the meat. You can’t go wrong
Managed to wrangle ourselves in as a walk up for breakfast and have to say it was absolutely awesome. Food was excellent, great coffee and super friendly and professional staff. Can't recommend it highly enough.
