A lovely place for a bush walk at any time. Especially when the sculpture trail is on. Cafe opened mainly through peak periods with beautiful food.

Wow.... What can I say the misses and I were going for a sunny drive and pulled up maps to look for local eateries. On trip advisor this has over 50 reviews and they really do convey the beauty and stillness of the area very quite and well situated with soft water features and trails with very well priced food that we are so amazed with oh my goodness the onion rings and wallaby are amazing!!

The cafe is absolutely lovely! Great food, farm to table, great local cider, beer, and wine. The woman that owns it is an amazing chef with everything made the day of, she even has a degree in nutrition! It's the perfect place to start or end the art walk. Seems like a great place to have a wedding!

It looks like this place would be lovely but we arrived at 1pm to be told they had finished serving lunch. The young lady serving was very polite but it was disappointing as we had hoped to enjoy lunch and then walk the Sculpture Trail. Unfortunately we didn’t get to do either as we had to leave and go down the road for lunch (with some famished teenagers with us). My suggestion would be to phone in advance if you want lunch to ensure they’re serving. Certainly not suggesting to not support them, just disappointed our day didn’t go as planned and we couldn’t eat there (we spent $190 on lunch down the road).

We were there for lunch shortly before Christmas and it was absolutely brilliant. Gorgeous wines, great food and a beautiful setting.

Stopping in at the farm for the local shops was fun although a bit scarce. I found the menu to be a little limiting although price seemed to be in the right price for the area.

We came for lunch around 12:45pm on a Saturday. The floor staff were lovely but the woman in the kitchen was clearly in a bad mood and taking it out on the other staff and customers. We ordered two of the savoury tarts, one of which was "sold out" but it sounded from the conversation in the kitchen that she didn't want to cut into a new tart, and then waited well over 20 minutes for our tarts to be microwaved and some salad thrown on the plate. While we were waiting, the woman in the kitchen was focused on washing and drying dishes and cleaning the kitchen rather than preparing our food. We were about to walk out when we were finally served our food. The tarts were fine but soured by the service and I felt sorry for the women working on the floor. Given we were still well within the bounds for 'lunch time' and certainly hours from when the cafe would be closing, it was disappointing to witness the attitude from the kitchen - and also it would be good to remember if your kitchen is open to the dining area, we can see and hear what's going on and it's not very professional!

Open 11am until 4pm unless you get there at 3:40 at which time you’re turned away with not even a chance for a cuppa! Not impressed by attitude of proprietor! I can’t give no stars the site won’t let me so one star for position in a natural environment

Lovely peaceful restaurant/cafe with beautiful kitchen garden. Food is so fresh! Great views over the channel and across to mountains.
