Every time we come to the Norwood Hotel we get superb customer service. All staff are extremely friendly and helpful. A lot of places don’t know what the words customer service means And we will keep coming back

Great staff, great meal, great venue

If you like your Irish pub with great staff, great atmosphere and some good food then Finn MacCool’s gonna be the place for you! My best mate in the world (hello Dave) has always talked about how he wants this to be his watering hole for the rest of his life and I can not fault him for it. The place is full of warmth and love the moment you walk in. You are greeted with nothing but smiles all round by the super bubbly staff. There’s ice cold alcohol (or soft drink) ready waiting for ya and plenty of good times ready to be made with mates in this place. Now go have some drinks and have a good time!

We had booked a party for 25 people and from the beginning, the hotels level of service and attention to detail for our group was absolutely astounding. Never have I met a process where we could book in, order and have fun with absolute ease. Micheal, Olivia and team had been super professional and with a slight side of cheeky to make the night even better. Everything from the amazing food to the level of customer service definitely deserve 5 stars!!! Thanks for an amazing night!

We were in a group of 22 celebrating Mothers Day (we were impressed in 2019 with the service and food so we booked here again.) All of our meals were excellent and well priced. Each table had linen tablecloths and napkins with flowers on the table. Staff were very polite and helpful. All the mothers could have a free glass of bubbles. Thanks Norwood Hotel for making our Mothers Day a memorable one.

Nice pub with a good atmosphere. Overall the quality of the food is good, have been a few times and flavour good but portion size can be a bit small sometimes. Stew is great, burgers good too. Table was a bit sticky last time. Overall service is fast and efficient and even when it is busy the staff do what they can to fit you in so that’s a real plus.

We were on a time schedule, yet the meals came out really quick. Not only this, but all the meals were tasty, and really satisfying. Back strap lamb 👍

Great spot to watch sport and have a couple beers. Fantastic salt and pepper squid too bravo team well done
