Really nice friendly staff. We ordered the Avido and they were very accomodating when there were certain dishes that I don't eat. Food and atmosphere was good. Would like to visit the place again during the day to experience the view. At night you can see the Milky Way here (in June). Its amazing!

Superb...best dining experience I've had in a long time. The staff were excellent, the food was top notch. We had a selection of starters and entree size mains for lunch. Every meal was prepared to a standard you would hope for, and expect, in a premium resort. Highly recommended. Well done Spicers!!

Nestled in a sweet picturesque retreat. A nice little find. Modern Italian at it's best. We had the chefs greedy tasting menu, so got to try a fair bit of the menu. The fallen apples dessert was new to the menu and really amazing. The wine list is pretty decent. Definitely recommend. Staff were also very friendly and accommodating. They did not rush us during a later dinner booking.

I took my wife there for her birthday dinner and could not have picked a better place in the hunter to take her, a great fine dinning experience, the food was absolutely delicious

The dinners were good but didn't meet expectations. High quality food and well prepared but something was missing to make it truly special. The pasta dishes were probably the best while the steak was the least interesting ones. Pizza should be avoided. The real star of this restaurant is breakfast which was great. The pesto gnocchi was amazing and highly recommend.

Really great dinner..., the food was exceptional. Only fault was the olives were so so salty that you couldn’t even eat them. Our waiter was bomb, great convo and challenged our views. We ended the night with dessert at the bomfire with cocktails. Thanks so much

Setting is great, service on our night was good. Presentation of food was ordinary. Olives, cold meats and figs were delicious. Pasta very tasty but looked like it came from dominos pizza. Shared steak was okay but no steak knives and not cut to share , potato side had little if any rosemary and was quite dry . Dessert was lovely..

A poor experience at Hunter Valley. We had a 12 o'clock booking on Easter Saturday and was told to wait by 3 different wait staff and they finally showed us to our table at 12:20. Nobody explained the menu, or recommended any wine pairing. Wait staff wasn't attentive. The food was a little on the bland side, the chicken we ordered was dry and the lamb was a little bland. The venue was beautiful decorated and good views.

Opted for the set menu. Entrees were enjoyable, however the prawn pasta was extremely salty. Asked for a remake and it was still the same, so asked to swap for the gnocchi. Desserts were moderate until I discovered a piece of slate rock in my mouth which was shocking.

We had dinner here 4 weeks ago, it was great, we weren't keen for a big one so just went with the risotto and gnocchi and they were both fantastic. We were served by Rojer and he was wonderful, very informative and personable. Excellent food and excellent service.

Modern contemporary Italian created by a talented team. The ethos of éRemo Restaurant is all about connecting with local producers and trialling one of a kind dishes making the éRemo experience, exceptional. That experience comes together in our Avido menu, which means “greedy” in Italian. The menu is complemented by a well-travelled wine list, including some of the Hunter Valley’s best vintages and a selection of those from further a field.
