Wow, loved my first visit! I don’t eat out much, but was glad I chose to have lunch here with a friend. The food was delicious, well presented & served in a very timely manner. Staff were very attentive & we even chatted with the Chef through the open window to the kitchen. Eager for my next visit!

Stopped by for a quick coffee and found a seat easily in this busy vibrant cafe. Love the artwork on the walls which drew me to the place when searching online. Service is friendly, quick and efficient. I will visit again.

Visited “Elephant” on good Friday for family breakfast. Overall experience was great. Food presentation is unique, beautifully styled. Kids ordered pancake, they loved it. Ordered fried calamari, was fresh and tasted good. Burger wasn’t great, beef was mixed with onion I think so it wasn’t pure beef. Nice environment, staff are very welcoming and responsive.

Delicious! 🍳 There's a really nice vibe at this archetypal Newport cafe, where my friends and I have enjoyed a relaxed and tasty brunch served by friendly and attentive staff. There's footpath seating, water bowls for doggies, and good takeaway options too. ♿ The venue is step-free and has an accessible customer toilet.

Decent cafe without much else in the area. Take away coffee was too hot for my taste. Burnt my tong taking a sip. Room for improvement.

Lovely staff and ambiance, great food & coffee!! Highly recommend!!! My one request.....those "to die for" baked beans should stand alone as the centre of a dish!!! Divine, wd luuuv a plate full of them!

My partner and I absolutely love Elephant! The big brekkie (both carni & herbie) is divine: the baked beans have a gentle and delicious spice flavour to them, eggs always perfectly cooked, crispy hash brown and perfect hollandaise. Staff friendly too
