Wonderful first rate gateaux on offer plus extraordinary coffee and teas. Fantastic people who love this part of Queensland. A very very much MUST SEE.

My Sister Read about this place in RACQ magazine sounded interesting so we made the trip out to Adavale. Well we were pleasantly surprised. We had the high tea and it was a standard you would expect in a well known patisserie in a city. Christina’s hospitality was great and loved her stories of her experience moving here. Thank you and enjoyed our experience at Adavale.

Run by lovely people, makes you feel like a local

We travelled to Adavale & Hell Hole Gorge National Park, but were urged to try the Elegant Emu Patisserie at Adavale. We did & had a lovely coffee & delicious cake on the afternoon we arrived. We immediately booked a Premium Morning Tea for the morning we were leaving. As before, the assorted patisseries were delectable & the coffee was perfect. Christina was a delight & we highly recommend anyone travelling to Adavale to try the Elegant Emu.

The most enjoyable stop of our recent Outback Trip to Birdsville and back, my wife hasn’t stop talking and telling everyone how much she love going there and how enjoyable the High Tea experience was. We love it!! A big thank you to the Elegant Emu Adavale
