Echoes Restaurant & Bar Blue Mountains

Absolutely amazing food! Great variety and everything was cooked perfectly! Was even provided with a few extra things for tasting which were also delicious. The staff were very friendly and appeared to genuinely want to make sure we had a great dinner there. Yes, compared to your average pub meal it is pricey but definitely worth the extra money to try this place. Would definitely return here next time I came back to the area!

Absolutely amazing dinner. I had dinner with my family and it was amazing, there were nice waiters checking up on us every 5 minutes and it was really accomodating.

Friendly staff. Nice ambience. Excellent service with additional complementary tasting. However, the food is an unusual unconvincing mixed of flavours. The wine selection is also limited and we thought the price was well beyond what we expected). Unfortunately, we would not recommended despite the lovely location

really pretty and classy place. food was good, nicely plated. beautiful decor. makes a lovely place for an intimate, romantic dinner. Would have given it 5 stars if the Cod Fillet had no bones (almost choked on 2 as was unsuspecting). It was also a little overcooked. The entrees were yummy and the Steak was perfect. The dessert was great too, but we were too filled to finish the dessert. The Chef's complimentary starter was a nice touch.

Great value for money. My partner and I went here to have a dinner after our quick visit in Scenic World. Food was delicious and service was great.

The only amazing thing was the view. The food was average and the service was below average. If you want to charge a 450% mark up on wine make sure you earn it, clear the empty glasses throughout the meal and do not pour a beer into a glass and then take the remainder of the bottle away. It is a shame that it appears they are charging for the view and not the food or the service. 5 star service is definitely not within the staff here.

Dining at Echoes was an average food experience, they tried so hard to make an infusion of European and Asian flavour that simply did not work as it was over power by the Asia sauces, I was left disappointed with the experience. Deserts/cocktails were amazing, maybe they should just focus on a desert bar
