In general, it was a good experienced. There is diversity in the work place, which makes the service great. Place was cozy, food was good, the serving was alright, wine pairing is great as well.

Took Mum for Mother's Day lunch. Food, service, drinks were all excellent. There had been a miscommunication when booking but the staff quickly adjusted and accommodated my Mum's dietary needs - thank you! My favourite dish was the gnocchi in truffle sauce - sooo good! It ended up being ~$120 p/Hd including drinks. Mum was very happy & that's always a good sign.

We had a fabulous evening at e'cco bistro. If you can snag a seat at the bar, I would highly recommend it - we did and it was like dinner and a show. You get to see the absolute precision and care that goes into every meal and watching each dish be prepared in front of our eyes really whet our appetite.

The 5 course menu was exceptional, such an amazing experience of flavours curated in the most delightful way. Reading the menu really doesn't do it justice - some of the dishes don't read as particularly appealing cause they can be hard to imagine, but they are pure delight. I would reccomend anyone to leave the selection to the professionals here, with a matching wine pairing as well. Exceptional service right from the warm welcome when we entered to attentive service throughout. Cosy atmosphere with a view of the kitchen, which is a pleasure to watch the chefs at work. As a foodie and advanced home cook with culinary training in France and Italy I can honestly say this would be in the top 3 dining experiences I have ever had. Cannot fault anything about it.

My absolute favourite restaurant in Brisbane. The wait staff always make you feel special. The food is an amazing culinary experience, complemented with an array of perfectly matched wines. E'cco Bistro never disappoints.

E'cco Bistro is where you will find some of the best food in Brisbane. They are doing a five course dinner that is fantastic value, nicely proportioned, beautifully presented and wonderful exciting flavours. There is also a wine paring that has some exciting innovative wines to match the excellent food. The service is very knowledgeable and friendly, would highly recommend.

My wife and I had our 3rd anniversary dinning here. Service: excellent and professional. Food: fresh, delicious and yum yum (top 5 in Brisbane). Atmosphere: elegant. We even got a surprising dessert. Will definitely recommend to my friends and family.

Superb modern Australian cuisine and outstanding service.

Great dinner with friendly service. Desert and cauliflower were our highlights and the short-rib was perfect too.
