Best parking spots for this building?

There's a paid parking garage under the QVB accessed via York Street. About 5 minutes walk from Dymocks. A cheaper one is located on the corner of Elizabeth and Goulburn Streets but it's about 15 minutes easy walk away. Usually that one is all day parking on weekends for $10 or $15. The QVB one may also have a similar rate on weekends.
