I like Domino's but is it just me or have pizzas gotten expensive but smaller? Or larger and even more expensive? Quality seems to always suffer with new marketing drives. Consequently, it's a little hit and miss at this store. 3 stars for the quick fix.

This store constantly goes above and beyond to deliver excellent service, absolutely outstanding work and great management.

Super fast service, friendly staff, clean shop, easy to find, lots of parking.

- No dipping sauce was delivered (for 12 Churros) - This was not so bad so we called to ask for the sauce to be re-delivered - Called to query this at 7:13pm 14.04.2021 - Redelivery of dipping sauce took 30 minutes (store is about 1.5 km away) - 1 dipping sauce is included when ordering 4 pack Churros (normal) - Only one dipping sauce is is included when ordering 12 pack Churros?? - Lady was rude very rude and distracted when I politely called to query why there was no dipping sauce and why there was only 1 for 12? - She said to order more sauce when online but said she didn’t know what was actually stated online about this? - We previously (recently) picked up 12 (3 x 4 packs) of churros from cairns city Dominos and they gave us one sauce per 4 churros? - The Pizza we ordered was very cold at delivery (almost like it was refrigerated) - The Cheesy garlic bread was very cold at delivery as well - We paid $(wayyy... too much) for 1 cold pizza, 1 cold cheesy garlic bread and 4 x 3 packs of (at the time hot Churros). Once the ‘1’ sauce for 3 x 4 Churros was re-delivered (quite rudely by the delivery person), the churros were now also cold. The store is approximately 1.5km blocks from where we live. This experience was terrible. Everything was cold. Items were not delivered. It took a very long time for the missing items to be re-delivered. Staff that were politely contacted on the phone were extremely rude and distracted. Please do not order delivery from dominos manunda. They are terrible. Never again! All my friends and colleagues will hear about this. - There is no option here to give a zero review?
