Domino's Pizza Kingston

I've been visiting this restaurant regularly for the last few days now as I've had to switch to a vegetarian diet. I'd say the crew working there are quite friendly and customer focussed. Car park delivery works really well. Pizzas are always ready on time and are hot and fresh. I did have an issue with my pizza today as some of the slices had no toppings or cheese but the young team member was very kind and polite. I didn't catch his name but I'm sure he'll know when he reads my review. I'd like to thank him as he re-did my pizza order and ensured it was accurate this time. He also offered me a courtesy drink as I drove back to the restaurant and offered me to keep the original pizza. I declined his offers as I just wanted to get what I had paid for. But yeah 5 stars for the 2 crew members (male & female) working over the public holiday. I'd give this review a 5 star rating but I feel the pizzas I order could be a bit more tastier.

Laat evening i had order the pizza. Pizza was ready on time as the time App say. But when i about eat pizza what i am seeing all the pizza crust has been burn from the bottom and sides and all the meat was uncook. All the bacon,pepperoni and salamis are raw which are not in condition to eat. All pizza goes in bin it’s totally wastage of money and it had been happen twice with me. Kingston Dominos is not focusing on the food quality just supply the unhealthy pizzas.

Ordered pizza in Kingston one . Then came picked it up payed and other one who worked they said I didn’t paid he was so rude and explained that I did and ask the one who was serving me to tell him I paid she was just Busy with there talking as I said hello tell him I paid. And said yep she did . No longer would go there for pizza !!!!

Ordered pizza with 2 x dessert. Pizza wasn't great and dessert out of stock and replaced with drinks.... most expensive unwanted drinks ever.

I wanted to celebrate my son getting his license so ordered the "premium" New York pizza, was sold on the 'loaded with cheese' as explained to me by the server. Im not sure how this is $19 compared to the $5 standard pizza, looks to me like the same ingredient weight on a big base, definatelly not Loaded with cheese. Offered new pizzas but had no interest in wasting food as these were still very edible just very very pathetic for a top line pizza.

Good pizza at a great price. Would recomend their Meatlovers, Peparoni and Aussie pizzas. The few low quality pizzas they do make however are easily overshadowed by the great texture and flavour of others. Other stores such as Peps Pizza make much better pizzas, so if you in the area and have a bit more money to spend, get Peps.

Same as every time second chance today made online order from App. App shows pick time within 15 minutes. After 15-20 minutes I arrived in store for my pizza. Guy over there say sorry I missed out your order give me more 15 minutes to make a pizza for you. Good way of managing orders.

Got some decent pizza there before. But, done with this place, second time in a bloody row there has been hair in the deserts. That is unsanitary and disgusting. I will not bother complaining because this is the truth and people can know what to expect from this domino's. Don't go here because it'll probably happen to you eventually. Pep pizza makes a awesome pizza that is well worth the money.
