Domino's Pizza Lisarow

The staff have always been pleasant but really disappointing pizza on every single occasion I’ve ordered and have phoned to give feedback as it’s not too hard to fix, it’s pizza for heavens sake! Alas their quality has not changed. The cheese on the kids pizza was burnt and black and the sauce was barely there and so it was inedible and dry. Pick up your act Lisarow. Order from Wyoming, we had much better quality there.

I have ordered a few times since opening. A variety of bases and toppings - all been good, kids and adults happy :-)

Service was fine and our delivery driver was very nice and polite. The restaurant seems responsive to feedback on the Pizza's not being quite right and as a new business in the area they certainly appear to be working to improve. However after grabbing another pizza three weeks later I'm afraid the quality is still terrible. I called the restaurant to mention this and the person answering was quite rude. Please order from Wyoming.

Order was wrong....cant have onions i told them that but the pizza was full of it. Ordered cheese and garlic scrolls they were burned. Called and complained said they will fix it let's see. Ok soooo got the new pizza but the base was not cooked. I'm sick and cannot cook for myself so I did a once off...not happy. Will not order again from them again....sorry

We ordered pizza from this store. We called the store and said the pizza's are over cooked and burnt the lady we spoke to replaced them. When we received the new pizza's they were even more burnt. Called the store again and was told they have a new thickness of crust and the manager personally cut them and they would all be the same as its a preset amount of time. We asked for a refund and to drop the burnt pizza's back he refused and offered store credit after failing to make the pizza's two times was not wasting time on a third to be burnt also as he stated they will all be the same. Never again.. will be making a complaint to head office as soon as possible. EDIT: have now gone above and sent pictures of the pizza to head office. Now have a complete refund even after being told that it wasn't possible from lisarows manager. I suggest everyone stay clear of this shop and go straight to Wyoming.

The two times we have had delivery from the New Lisarow Domino's it has been quite fine, nice and hot pizza's, quick delivery. Brooke was very nice in her delivery service, will order again

We decided to give the new Dominos Lisarow a go and were very disappointed. Whilst the young man at the counter was lovely, the pizza was appalling - it took 25 minutes and was half burnt.

Terrible quality of pizza dough. McCain Frozen pizza from woolies tastes better than this. Worst dominos pizza I’ve ever had!!!

3rd time we've ordered from this store & I have nothing good to say. Pizza is now 30mins late & just been told its going to be another 30mins. According to the app they've been making it for the last 40mins & haven't even started cooking it. Hope they close down so I can go back to ordering from the Wyoming store.

Worse pizza I've ever eaten, it was actually un eatable. I asked for an extra loaded pizza and recieved a burnt wafer of a pizza with little to no toppings!!! I will definitely be going back to the wyoming store! And if its the same there i will just change companies all together. This was the second time I tried lisarow Dominos and got the same terrible result!
