Dolce Espresso Bar

Double thumbs up for opening early on Sunday morning. Most coffee shops are closed on Sundays and the remainders close by 2pm. Dolce opens early (I was there at 7:40).... The Cats' Pyjamas coffee is a different brand from the rest as well. Mild coffee and creamy for a Sunday morning. Walking distance in CBD. Well priced.

Shocking service. Unbelievably unorganised. Management was so angry to staff and customers. That lady needs to be fired, and they need more staff, felt bad for the ONE man who waited/cooked/cleaned. Took far too long for a mushroom and cheese toastie.. To which they ended up forgetting the cheese. 10/10 would NOT recommend.

Nice little place on the corner in the middle of Darwin's shopping center. Has a classic diner taste. The BACON is delicious!!! They also have ice cream coffee! I only breakfast here, but I ended up coming back 3 times for breakfast later that week.

Update: 1* off for the rude douchebag who served me today, being an asshat to fellow staff and abrupt to customers. I can only assume he is the owner or manager otherwise someone would have fired him already. I won't be back, sorry. ----------- I found this place to be wonderful. Nice creamy chai latte. Excellent house-made gelato. Speedy and friendly service. Lovely outdoor seating with good views for people-watching. What better?

Most of the staff are quite abrupt, got a decaf coffee was disgusting, they replaced it and it to was terrible. They didn't offer a refund. Except female staff member,the other male who I guess is the owner is rude and has no customer service skills. Will never go back.

Very nice corner in shady area at one end of the Smith St Mall. Food, coffee and fresh orange juice very good. Only problem once, was that they messed up our breakfast order. However, they rectified it and refunded some money where they had charged for an item that was wrong.

Had the eggs bennedict and was sorely disappointed. No flavour whatsoever. I longingly looked at maccas across the street as I sipped only what I can imagine was instant coffee. I feel duped. Very promp and friendly service though.

The sit down food was fairly bland. Lots of grease and no salad or flavour. Probably OK for a quick coffee but I won't eat here again.

Will never return after being served my a older asian gentlman today... his customer service is possibly one of the worst i have ever encountered. Do Not Shop Here !! Plenty of other places closeby that deserve your money !!

Good, but I went there twice and both times I ordered croissants, both times they were different sizes even though I paid the same.
