One of my favourite places to eat lovely old school Greek food. Lovely cozy place underground. Friendly staff. Reasonably priced. Love Diethnes!

Fantastic pita bread so good and the mousakka was light and tasty not stodgy and heavy like I have had it elsewhere fast efficient service too. Not the cheapest but not expensive and definitely good authentic Greek food

Absolutely amazing food. Friendly staff we had a great waiter who helped with all questions we had, and which wine to choose. Food was outstanding and there is a great vibe! Definitely coming back again!

Seems dated- a bit sleazy with eyes all over you as you walk in - too much bread- which is nice but a lot to pay for nice breads- food is again so so - if you like being over serviced- some do- they will look after you but you wonder how much that means looking after the bottom line- had fun- would go again- a bit wary though as i could see through what was happening- greek food as I have said is simple- fresh etc. - has been around for a long time- kudos guys but modernise

So nice not to have to compete with background music. Congratulations Diethnes, for not giving in to this intrusive fad. And the dishes, shared between 4 were delectable, good value, reliable quality that we remember eating back in the 1980s.

There is no doubt that this place needs a renovation (overdue by about 15 years) but don’t let that deter you - the food is spectacular! Delicious and complimented with a great offering of wine. The octopus and galaktaboureko were particularly notable dishes and I’d come here again

Went on Valentine’s Day and we were not disappointed! They were nice enough to let us do the feast for 2 even though the minimum is supposed to be 4 people. Everything was super yummy but fair warning it’s a lot of food! We also tried the Greek wine and loved it.
