Dickson Asian Noodle House

Gotta love the laksa. Filling, tasty, abundant. There's a reason this place is normally packed.

A popular little noodle restaurant in Dicksons Chinatown. They offer a wide variety of noodle choices from various Asian countries. I found the laksa to be tasty but there was enough broth in the bowl to allow for a true soup noodle experience. The pad Thai was cooked well but also lacked a little flavour. Overall not a bad place casual dining place, the service was average.

This is an old family favourite. Excellent food, good, brisk service in a no frills environment. The dominant feeling here is people really enjoying their food.

Normally the food is great there, I’ve tried many dishes at Dickson Asian Noodle house. However, when I visited here again the other day I was quite disappointed. The Char Kway Teow is too oily, in fact, the whole plate was oily as shown in the photo. When the waiter brought up the plate I touched the bottom of the plate to bring it closer to me, and that too was oily. The chef should pay more attention to the dishes they sent out. I’ve notice that the standard in the morning and evening are different. Usually in the morning the chef pays more attention to their dishes but not in the evening. Not impressed.

Best fried rice that worth travel from Sydney for. The laksa and black sticky rice desert also yummy. Price really good for the food. Highly recommended. Thank you for deliver consistently good food.

Such quick service and suuuuuch amazing food! Has a great variety of foods and is suited to many types of groups :)

Is this the best Laksa? You can't go past this place, in my opinion you Can't beat it. To me this is by far the best Laksa I've ever had. The flavors smack you in the mouth and will have you savouring every moyh full, once finished you'll be licking your lips for the residue. This place caters for everyone. Lots of delicacies to choose from at a very reasonable price

I've been going here for more than 15 years and I'm never disappointed, just love their laksa 😋

I have not been in any restaurant in Canberra that has kept their quality so high for such a long time. Amazing Laksa and Pad Thai I love their food.
