CupKates Desserts Bakehouse

I have had to retract my earlier negative review. Following on from my review, Kate called me and explained that the cupcakes should NOT be refrigerated, and that this was why they were not the at their best. I went back on Saturday any purchased some more, and kept them at room temperature. They were AMAZING!!!! We had two on Saturday and then the remaining two on Sunday and they were just as good! The cake stayed moist and fluffy, and the icing was much nicer and smoother to eat. These cupcakes are delicious and I now have no hesitation in recommending them! Just do not put them in the fridge!!!

Thank you for my sugar cookies!! They were so delicious and not super sweet like others I've had. They were nice and crumbly - not rock hard and the icing was perfect! Not too thick or sickly sweet. The presentation was lovely. Perfect sugar cookie really! Definitely will get again and I'll keep in mind for special occasions! Thanks again!!

We purchased 4 different flavours of cupcakes today from the Tea Tree Plaza store, unfortunately they were all stale and flavourless.We did not refrigerate them as recommended by the server. We were there at 5.10 pm and noticed that there were lots of cupcakes left, I am just wondering if they are being served up the next day. They looked great though.

I bought a lemon meringue pie from CupKate's West Lakes a few weeks ago and it was delicious! My sister & I were after a sweet treat after some shopping and it certainly hit the spot! I also purchased a Caramilk/Hokey Pokey cupcake yesterday and it was so good! I left it at room temperature as advised and it was just perfect. The service was really lovely on both occasions. The lady working at the time was really helpful in recommending the cupcakes/desserts to us which was very much appreciated!

The best in Adelaide! Amazing quality in both taste and presentation. Will definitely be back for more, especially with so many options!

Don’t advertise being open if your store doesn’t open until spring 2021, misleading and a waste of my time. Cant comment about the cupcakes BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT OPEN FOR ANOTHER 6 MONTHS?! Update as response to owner: You Google maps page (owned and update by the business owner) states it’s a “eat in and take away business” but it’s not? You have a photo up of a cake shop with dining available that is not at this location nor does it have and eat in options. In future please post your business accurately as misleading consumers will only anger them and waste their valuable time. And no I will not be going to a fish shop to talk to a cupcake person about how they are misleading consumers I will simply not return and take my business else where

The cupcake range is amazing, got a 6 pack from the Westlakes store. The staff were so friendly and the cupcakes were some of the best ive ever had Cant wait to visit again 5*.
