Crust Pizza Annandale

I ordered a pizza cause I had a sick kid at home, on the voucher said "will be delivered in about 45 minutes). After one hour and 30 minutes I called the shop to ask for my pizza, they said that the pizza was ready (probably getting cold) and they were waiting for the driver to arrive (that would have been around 20 more minutes). I cancelled my order and - of course - will never order pizza with them again.... at least Domino's arrives on time. Update 27/4 - They charged me the pizza (photo attached) Update 30/4 - After 4 emails and two call to the shop, they told me that I can get the money back as a credit. I refused so they ask for my bank card details to give me the money back.

I've been a regular of Crust since I first moved to Annandale, right when the store had just opened. Only positive experiences with them, and any issues with anything were cleared up right away. The staff are wonderful, and the pizzas are always top notch. There's something for everyone at Crust, and as I've grown the shop has always catered to anything I wanted, from being a picky 6 year old to a sassy 14 year old wanting to pretend she was eating fancier than she was (highly recommend the 1889 Margherita for that - Looks exotic but it tastes as classic as a traditional Margherita!). I'll always be a regular customer, love this place! TL;DR: Best food, service, atmosphere and vibe! Much love from a long time customer <3

Best pizza ever I tested, best option for vegetarians and vegans, love to eat, great customer service.

Ordered nine pizzas at 7:54 on a Saturday. Admittedly a largish order to fill. However we did not receive the order until 9:35. This late order was accompanied by two phone calls from us, the first at 8:50ish and second at 9:20. Both times we received an estimate of 10 minutes with an original order estimate of 40 minutes from order. We were offered one free pizza as compensation however we received 9 Luke warm pizzas, so you tell me if that’s worth it. $190 for Luke warm pizzas. On top of all this we ordered one kids pizza (with a juice) for our kid (they had to wait 2 hours to get fed, although we did reheat a meal for them in the wait). The juice wasn’t even juice, it was “organic fruit flavoured water” Horrible service and sub par pizzas. Steer clear. One free pizza with the excuse of “we got busy” is not reason to make a customer wait two hours for a cold pizza. We received no communication from them beyond phone calls we had to make.

When I try to order Pizza Crust they say they do not have! False Advertising! Very Nice!

Ordered tonight before their advertised closing time. 12 minutes later I get a message saying my order is cancelled!! Useless waste of space. Will never order from them again. How can you accept an order then cancel it halfway through the process ???

great staff, often quite quick to get your pizza, a little bit on the pricy side sometimes depending on the pizza you want.
