Crust Gourmet Pizza Bar

I brought the Carbonara Pasta but there wasn't any flavor very bland. I think that you need to add more flavor to it. When I picked it up it was cold. Please add to it give it some flavor and more sauce as it was dry.

Pizza was made by 15 year olds and was sloppy as. Sauce dripped every where, super messy, wrong toppings and was a complete disaster. Worst crust pizza I've ever had.

The ladies I talked on the phone to and the delivery driver where very friendly and helpful but the pizza was terrible. I was charged $60 for two gf pizzas. One custom with olive oil, chicken, avocado, anchovies no cheese. The other a meat deluxe with sweet chilli base extra prawns, anchovies and aioli. When they arrived the first had cheese and the meat deluxe had a tomato base. Rendering the pizza inedible due too allergies. I called back and the girl was very polite and offered to turn the oven back on to remake the pizzas. Only for them to be incorrect the second time as well. The first didn't have olive oil but the olive tamponade and the meat deluxe was nothing but sweet chilli sauce, anchovies, aioli and prawns. I appreciate the customer service they where very nice but the food is extremely disappointing

The last 3 orders with Crust Goulburn and they have stuffed up all 3. Ill never get a pizza from these people every again. They either stuff up the order and deliver the wrong pizzas or take 2 hours to deliver them. Considering the cost of these pizzas you would have thought that they would provide a good service. When the pizzas are delivered, they are cold.

Best pizza I ever eat crunchy pizza and nice service.

Excellent pizzas. Get one every Saturday night.

Really low quality comparatively to other Crust franchises

Booked pizza for pick up at 6pm, still waiting at 6:15pm. Good to see staff wearing gloves. Bad to see staff member wiping her nose on back of glove as she makes pizza. Manager was "not in" to discuss basic hygiene issue so had to resort to sending message online. Got standard corporate boilerplate response from head office. Dissoppointed :(

I was a little concerned, the staff no uniforms, etc, they seemed to be stuffing around, but the pizza and pasta was great. Recommended, tho maybe they need to look at the cleanliness..

Rang at 6:05pm for delivery received a call after 7pm couldn't find address, gave directions pizza apparently went back to shop no call from them 7:20pm I rang shop told will be there soon. I asked if any discount they said No. Pizza finally delivered at 7:35pm. No need to try to find address again as this is the last time I will ever order from them.
