14 Lonsdale St, Braddon
Instantly became one of my favourites spots to dine in Canberra! Great staff first of all, everyone was friendly and we had a wonderful night/dining experience. Joel made some pretty fantastic cocktails. The manager and waitress were amazing too and fit us in last minute. Food was exquisite, explosion of flavours and actually thinking back at the dessert menu, we should have got some. The photos are poor as we were so busy enjoying the food! Will be back soon :)
Warm, friendly staff... incredible food, cooked beautifully... fabulous menu featuring Australian natives. Possibly one of the best steaks I’ve ever had, and the dessert was to die for!
Was really looking forward to trying this place and it completely lived up to expectations. Could not fault anything- great food and service, and a great place to spend some time on a sunny winter afternoon. The stand out dishes for us were the marron, the prawn rolls and the Jerusalem artichoke pasta dish. Hope to be back again soon.
One of the best restaurants in Canberra. The food is outstanding. The focus on native ingredients, delicious wines and warm ambience make it the perfect restaurant for all occasions. Thanks to the team for an awesome experience.

Relaxed atmosphere. Good use of native ingredients. Chef's focus on getting the dishes balanced is clearly front of mind. Exceptionally talented! Great service and complimented by an eclectic wine list.
Date visited 27/06/21 As a two-month new restaurant,Corealla indeed did a great job. 9/10 Entree Lamb rib 14$each The texture is so so so tender. The percentage of fat and flesh are just right. My partner loves it and said this was the best ribs he has ever had. “Only recommendation I have is to order more than one” Chicken liver on Brioche 9$each Literally one of the best dish I have ever had. I have all kinds of organs including chicken liver. The way they made chicken liver is so impressive. Chicken Liver Parfait was starting to melt as soon as it came in my mouth. Only downside is they put two separate entree on the same plate which can be ignored given their amazing taste. Small Share Main Cured Kingfish 41$ A very ordinary dish. Taste exactly what you will expect. Avoid unless you are really into raw Kingfish. Big Main WA Marron 50$ (According to waiter it crossed between lobster and bug) Marron is very fresh, should be flown from WA?) But it was shockingly small. The whole shrimp was about the length of my little finger and about the width of my little finger. They stated for share but its better only for yourself given the extreme small portion. Flank Steak 41$ Yummmmmm! They didn't ask us how cooked we wanted it to be. I reckon it was between medium rare and rare. The beef flavor fills the whole mouth, and the texture is just right, not too hard or too soft. Be sure to cut into small pieces so that you can savour the experience. Dessert Sticky date cake 16$ The set up of the plate is very nice and delicate. Rum ice cream is the finishing touch. Enough for share between 2 people. The texture was fabulous and incredible my partner said. The service is little bot stretch,one extra person could make a big difference.

Great new addition to Lonsdale St -- really worth the visit, and I'll be keen to see how Corella evolves. I'd describe Corella as a modern Australian interpretation of the classic French bistro -- a fun place to visit with friends, nothing too formal, with some adventurous foods. Tables for 2 are a little small, meaning orders tend to come out sequentially, which is not optimal when you want a few different tastes on the table. Special mention: the duck a l'orange -- quite superb; so, too the carrots side Wine list is quite short but very good. All this AND Corella is open on Sunday nights. Recommended!
Joel and the amazing staff at Corella made my day! The cocktails were incredible! Joel’s knowledge of the wines was amazing and I have never felt so at home or at ease than I have at this bar. Would recommend the Basil Zempalis cocktail and I would urge everyone to try this new place.
