The actual tea is fantastic. Brewed fresh. Ice always seems too much no matter the level you choose.

Have been a long time customer, love to drink in the past and the Taiwanese are very nice. However, after they changed the staffs, the quality of the drinks just goes worse, specifically the one seems like a manager, that female staff is so rude. Can’t imagine how bad this shop has turn into :(

Great product and tastes so much nicer than other places!! A slightly longer wait than other places when busy but it's because they freshly brew the tea for every order where other places just have a large pot they pour out of. The staff here are also lovely and always efficient!

First time I tried it and taste was great. Highly recommended for the taste but do not try it when it's busy time :) Long waiting queues.

Tea had a lovely flavour. Unfortunately, absolutely no pearls available even though it was 11am on a Sunday (you think they'd be prepared for the day ahead). Service was average, not friendly but not unfriendly. There is definitely Eftpos available with minimum spend $5. (Other reviews have said cash only, not the case).

1 star only because it seems like a healthier option and taste is strong how i like it. but they NEVER HAVE PEARLS. and they take FOREVER!

Always good quality tea with friendly service. I choose no ice cold drinks and they shake it in ice before serving and it doesn’t dilute the flavour
