First timer! For me and my son, VERY IMPRESSED! awesome service awesome products and variety wow LOVED EVERYTHING! Wanted to give a special mention to a gorgeous girl/employee of Burnie cold rock LAYLA (hope I got spelling correct) She is so Lovely! Always tops up my large take home tub with love so always get money worth BUT the warm friendly customer service is AS GOOD AND SWEET as the ice cream and mix ins hahaha she is awesome and your lucky to have her working with customers she is so great! Thankyou!

Took my grandchildren 4 and 5 for a treat they were so excited. Their eyes bolged at the lollies and icecream...what a shame it was ruined by the young man serving us. He did not seem at all interested in his job was rude and stand offish to the children which was sad as they certainly charge a high price for their icecream and at this price you would like to see a smile and great service ...i wonder how our tourists feel when the are treated like this. Oh and the seating area was FILTHY
