Is it air-conditioned? And is this a good place for a mums group meetup with strollers?

A little sanctuary away from the busy commercial area outside. Entrance is filled with green lush indoor plants providing a welcoming ambience. Seating available in and out and positioned well to grab that morning sun. We sat outside with our pup and table service arrived promptly. Coffees came out which were nice, along with some milk art and a welcomed water bowl for the doggo. Breakfast was served quickly and cooked fresh. Tasty and nice portions. Good option to kill time if you are waiting for a car service or your other half to finish their shopping.

Love the ambience. French toast & Brekky roll quantity sufficient for an adult & taste is good 👍 But the granola bowl qty is very less though. Ample car parking just opposite. Overall I would recommend.

Located right next to home centre, coffee traders have arelaxed and serene feel. The minute you enter in, to the minute you leave, you feel relaxed. The relaxation for me came from the sheer amount of plants the owner have placed around the Cafe. These plants are ideally placed so they don't interfere with the sitting. Coffee was good, but the highlight besides the plants was the poached eggs on toast with a side of bacon. Bacon was crispy and tender at the same time, eggs unreal. Surprise on the plate was the salad which gave the poached eggs on toast a tinge and went so well.

Relaxing & bright cafe located among the industrial area. The coffee is a smooth blend, with a slightly tangy/bitter aftertaste, nicely brewed. The granola bowl here is the best I’ve ever had. Delicious yoghurt on top of a crunchy roasted granola, with a nice selection of fresh fruits. The pistachios on top really add a nice savoury crunch to the dish, was great! The atmosphere of this place is gorgeous. It has a very cosy feel as soon as you walk into the cafe. Lots of plants, sunlight coming in through the window, & neutral colours within the establishment, very relaxing on the eye. The staff here are very welcoming & polite, genuinely lovely people. Highly recommend.

Not sure where the first photos come from but it’s not the same location. This is located not too far from Bunnings in Castle Hill. Nice little cafe and I would recommend the “2021 Salmon”. Absolutely tasty and the coffee is nice too.

Tried their burgers and they weren't good. Probably best to stick with the breakfast menu Edited as I could not see how to reply to James question. Had the beef rib and chicken burgers - Beef rib burger was very sweet and fatty, felt very unbalanced - needed something fresh/sharp/acidic to make it work better as a dish - Chicken burger was also let down by saucing and texture Quality of ingredients, presentation etc were all very good - issues were more to do with the concept of the dish, not the delivery. Some of the dishes on the breakfast menu, especially the Szechuan baked egg dish are beautifully conceived and executed, so the burgers were a bit of a let down in comparison

I will get the negative out of the way, as it was a huge deal to us. There were 2 patrons with dogs today, which is absolutely fine as they were outside. Yet, the male server who went to pat the dogs (not once yet twice), then came inside to serve customers, pour water and wipe tables, without washing his hands. was disgusting. In todays world, especially when dealing with food and drinks, hygiene should be paramount. Other than that Coffee Trad3rs had a great vibe, beautiful décor with yummy food. We ordered the tradies burger and the smashed avocado (with bacon). I liked the inclusion of a coffee nook and kids area. Plenty of parking.
