Definitely not a social club! My Grandmother (War Widow WW2) met with other Widows, wives etc during the war and after. Now deceased, I attended the club with my wife wearing Family's Service Medals 100th Anniversary of the club. The President approached us asking what we we're doing there as this was a Private Function! I only wanted to pay respects to My Grandmother and her friends at what I'd been raised To Believe was a Sacred Place! Will never step foot in this so called Club again, disgusting. Hi Bev, Sunday lunch was just flat out we had 27 people booked and further 40+ just turned up out of the blue at the same time. Also everyone ordered individually and as we do not have 70 buzzers/pagers the staff members had to call out the orders to the large group(s) . Had we had notice we would have staffed it better. We also had a unexpected turnout for our new $18 Sunday lunch carvery. We hope you return again and have a more pleasurable dinning experience with us.
