A good day out bowling my son loves it

4 stars for the staff service, they go above and beyond and exceptionally friendly. The food in the function we attended however was not great and definitely not worth what we paid, but the service truly makes up for it.

This is retro cool, without trying to be retro cool... the steak was surprisingly really good, and very well cooked! Kids had the obligatory "Nuggets and Chips" which came with a drink and serve of ice cream for dessert- always a winner! Fingers crossed this place doesn't renovate or update..it's perfect as is.

Top notch spot for a feed! Home Style cooking that shows the beauty of a seemingly simple thing done incredibly well. For the same price as a feed at Macca's we had roast chicken & veg followed by waffles with ice cream & butterscotch sauce. The stuffing was amazing - Xmas quality according to Belle!

I think the kitchen was a bit overwhelmed with their 9 hour pulled pork Burger and other items. Waited for a long time and the bottom of the bun ended up being very damp I am sure from the Coleslaw sitting on it for so long.

If you’re after a modern noir experience, this isn’t the place for you. If you’re chasing nostalgia in a well maintained and pristine clean environment then go no further. I grew up in central Queensland/ coal fields so you can understand what I mean about nostalgia. This place has it in spades. So if you wanna feel like your back “home” having a beer after cutting cane/coal all day, this place has you covered.

Great friendly staff. Good bowlo pricing for food and drinks and plenty of options. Brilliant afternoon for barefoot bowls!

What a great club. Lovely people and a awesome manager. Would recommend it to anyone who wants to try bowls or just go down for a drink.
