Cici's Pizza Kitchen

Don't waste your time ordering from this place. My order took over 3 hours to arrive, after 2 hours the restaurant kept saying just wait another 5 min just wait another 5 min, still nothing. They apparently delivered it but by 3.30am I gave up waiting and fell asleep... Restaurant won't even give a refund. Ordered from Deliveroo don't even waste your time with them either terrible customer service and still will not give a refund. If I could would give 0 stars!!!

I ordered the "Gourmet Vegetarian" one of my favourites in the past from the restaurant....the big disappointment is that past orders of this delicious pizza from Cici's contained (as advertised) "roasted potato" on it, cut up into little chunks :D . What I received this evening was disgusting - simply deep fried fries chucked on top...Such a shame, I'll no longer be ordering from your restaurant.

They get people to review it 5 multiple times under different account. They cancel orders all the time and take forever and don't have costumer service.

Ordered from you guys on Uber and i mentioned it was my birthday and they gave me a piece of cake for free and i cried cos i was so happy so thank you!! ❤

Be careful when ordering delivery from here. We ordered 2 chips and spicy wings packs and received 7 tiny little chips in one of them and 11 in the other. Not only that but it was 55 minutes late. Complete waste of money and will be the last time we order from here

PIZZA BAR CLOSED AFTER MOULDY FOOD, INSECTS DISCOVERED Shop has closed after food safety inspectors found mouldy food, insects and liquefied vegetables. Second time this place has been find for health breaches. Do Not Eat Here EVER.

worst pizza ever, no flavors and lots of sauce which made it soggy, they dont answer the phone, and when they do they are very rude with an attitude... thats too much for their over priced food, never going back

Pizza was average. Ordered roast lamb and Beef Moschata pizzas. Both had potato chips (like those you would get at a fish and chips shop) as the potato on the pizza. Possibly wouldn't care if I wasn't paying over $20 a pizza. Sauce and other toppings were average... nothing special. A lot of gristle in meat too. Won't go back.

Was a previously happy customer but last order was so bad will not be returning. Order was wrong , food we did get was very tasteless and was very disappointing overall. What happened?

Waited forever and pizza was terrible. Overpriced garbage. Don’t waste your money.
