Great coffee, great staff

Tonight I and my three friends went in to have tea. My friend touched one of the wine bottles accidentally and one of the waiters came and rudely told off my friend that she got panic attack. When I stepped in to solve the issue he ignored me and went back to the kitchen, started chatting with other waiters and laughing while looking at us. One of the waiters came and I told him the issue he said sorry but that’s alcohol because I was wearing scarf and he tend to make joke out of it.I had never experienced such a rude customer services in my entire life. I would never step in to such a place again.

Good coffee and great selection of freshly prepared food. Opening hours convenient and early! Wonderful, friendly staff and service.

Reduced to two. Not busy and 20 minutes for a premade sandwich and 2 shot small latte. Go next door to Banjos. I don't understand why this one wins best coffee in glenelg. Don't get me wrong, it's not bad, it's Cibo quality; however, the staff is hit and miss. I travel a lot for work and make Cibo my go to when in new areas. Glenelg Cibo has the most uninterested in their job staff. Makes sense though, the franchisee had a cash cow so (s)he doesn't have to worry about being in the black each financial cycle. That being said, if you're looking for a better coffee and a better experience, there are better choices nearby with a shorter wait and friendlier service. .

Good coffee, great location. Best part about it is the owner is really attentive and is an active problem solver. One of the slate steps just in front of this shop was lose and fairly dangerous. The Council had been informed about it but still... (so typical) I was not repaired yet... when I brought it up to the attention of the owner, he got into action to isolate the area and remedy it.

The coffee is good here but feel I've donated a couple of my hard earned $$$ to you guys without receiving my order a couple too many times now. In my work I'm time poor so always utilise the Cibo phone app to hopefully jump the cue and receive my coffee on time. But unfortunately today, much like in the past I waited around after ordering ten minutes earlier. Seems like everyone's orders in house came first. I set my time for pick up, waited for 7x minutes without receiving it. I know you guys are busy but what's the point in this app. Definately won't be coming back.

Awful coffee. Woeful service. Overrated. Used to come for a breakfast / lunch But it looks like management has changed ? Staff are not friendly nor welcoming Ordered food and drinks to eat in But they said u can’t eat if u ordered form this menu it is for take away ??so we ordered food and we can’t eat it with our drinks how pathetic??

Good location and coffee but I can't comment on the food as I never had any.
