The girl in the morning today, I think her name is Hayley, she’s very friendly and approachable. I wanted extra sugar after tasting my peach tea, she went out of her way and happily added it. Made my day. I came here plenty of times and its consistently great!! Awesome customer service!! Its Tea-rific😂😂

I visited this store and felt very sympathetic towards the person working there. There was only one person on shift and the customer in front of me ordered 10 drinks at once. The poor worker then had to make all the drinks whilst also taking orders. She apologised profusely to us for the long wait and it got to a point where another customer even offered to get behind the counter and help. I’m giving 5 stars for the EXCEPTIONAL customer service and amazing drinks (thank you Janet!) but the wait times can get long. Management at this store needs to do better. Look after your workers Chatime!

Chatime is the best Bubble Tea spot EVER! Other Bubble Tea spots will pollute your tea with way too much debris but this has the perfect amount. The staff here are friendly and efficient, and the Tea tastes great as well obviously.

Taro frozen is the bomb. Staff is friendly and super quick service. I don't have to wait for long for a drink. Love this Chatime!
