Charlotte's Little Sister

I have been going there for the past 1 year and half with my little girl. She is always fascinated by the pretty displays (with flowers) and marshmallows at the counter. We usually get a soy cap for me and a green cupcakes which is my daughter's favourite. She sometimes stares at the marshmallows and often one of the staff notices and offers her one which is very nice of them. I always have positive experiences - wonderful service from both staff working in the kitchen and barista ladies. Thank you.

Good food if your not too hungry.

The staff are lovely but I got served a chicken schnitzel panini today that was clearly very old. I didn’t realise until I had eaten about a third as the taste of the mayonnaise was fairly strong, but the actual flesh of the chicken was so dried out it was grey/green and really tough. Now I am just waiting to see if I get food poisoning 😔

Great variety of take away food. Always hot, fresh and delicious. Love the caramel mouse.

Love the coffee, food and the friendly service. Can be busy / noisy at times, but I'll stop here whenever I can find a free seat! Even the hot chocolate gets special presentation!

Took my order for dine in, but made it a take away. I checked after 30 minutes, and was just handed the take away (cold avo smash) without any apology!!

I have been coming here for two years , always ordering the same sandwich but today I decided to order a new one for a change. I ordered the halloumi sandwich but I did not know it had sauce on it and that the sauce was very spicy. I ended up going back to talk to them and they advised I was not able to get another one because the sign states sriracha sauce. I do not eat chili sauce nor would I have known what siracha is. They refused to give me the benefit of the doubt and so I ended up having to chuck the whole sandwich out. I will not be returning to this café. It should be optional for each person when they order if they want to have sauce on it or not. Very disappointed with the service.

Worth it alone to come here and see the gorgeous Ice's beautiful smile, but she also makes sensational coffee - really nice flavour and nice and hot too. :) Why didn't I come here earlier? This will be my new local coffee stop. Friendly service, great coffee and the best "barista smile" in Sydney. They've won me over - I'll be back!
