I have been a regular to this cake shop, they make really cute cakes that taste amazing! They have a few flavours, all of which taste great. All my friends who tried it loved it. The service is excellent, and I am impressed by their attention to small details.

Really bad customer service! I was chatting with someone online and she either didn't reply or just took very long to reply. They only answer questions to people who order the cake over $200 or their VIPs I think. I just want to double confirm what I want and the people on wechat got annoyed and impatient. The price is quite high for a such a small cake. You cannot question the price as they will tell you their cake is not the same as BreadTop. If you want something cheap you should just elsewhere. OMG never had experience like this in Australia.

Quite misleading as place is opened by appointment only and everything is only made to order which should be reflected in the opening hours and descriptions. Pricing is not readily available and on the high end.
