such a stunning hidden cafe!!! instant melbourne alley vibes!!! so hidden it took us 10 mins to find it ahaha~ included some photos of the outside alley leading to it to hopefully guide people who try to find it~ it’s somewhere around zimmerman!! staff here are so friendly and helpful! asked the lady at the counter today for recommendations for food and she was too nice🥺 ordered the Pastachino??... i hope i spelt that right, reminded me of a lasagne but the top layer was so fluffy with cheese!! almost like mash potato in a way but so much yummier!! and instead of pasta sheets it’s actually noodles of pasta!! so so so yum!! got a side of chips with it~ a bit pricey for a smallish portion but as a small portion eater it was perfect for me haha~! ordered a ice chocolate as well~ pretty good! the main highlight was the decor, location and atmosphere of the cafe, so relaxing, shady and leafy!!! absolutelyyyy beautiful!!! definitely will be back!!! thank you ladies at the cafe today (10th May, 2021) you were all so friendly and nice!!!

My favourite coffee shop! Best coffee in the valley/new farm area and their service is consistently 11/10!

Walked up wanting to order a coffee. And witnessed the person in charge use profanity towards a delivery driver just doing their job. Not a good example to set in front of coworkers setting a poor example of how to act in front of customers. Lastly. I'm sure if a customer was spoken to with same profanity I'm sure it would also not be classified as Professional work behaviour. Will not go back to this business for business in the future for this reason. Very unprofessional

Possibly the most friendliest service, and some of the most delicious food. Came for breakfast (Cantinho Brekky).. Then came for the Lamb Soulva the next day 😍 (when I only meant to come for their baklava lol). Love the passion here in their food, and how all the sweets are homemade. It just makes the experience even better 😊

Great grub at good prices. Lovely little atmosphere at this cafe, nice seating area especially on those hot days where the breeze gets the temperature just right. Snacks and treats as well as good sized portions of a variety of filling wholesome grub. Their meats are always cooked to perfection. Michael the owner and his staff always have a friendly smile and a good humoured service to greet their customers with 100% would recommend for a lunchtime bite.

Nice coffee (cold brew coffee was very unique and nice), food (enjoyed eggs benedict), quite and relaxed area, and nice staff

Friendly staff. The Spanakopita was delicious. I wish I tried the Portuguese tarts but I was too full. Will be back. Nice ambience.

So disappointed. I asked if the eggs used were cage-free. It was a simple question, I ask whenever I consider having eggs for breaky, not loaded in any way. I can always get good old Avo on toast if they use caged eggs. Well, in response to my question the guys behind the counter actually laughed at me. They said, "It's a hen! From a farm. I have no idea what the hen does with its time!" OK dude, super unhelpful and made me feel very small. You should know your produce and also understand that consumers care about their food choices. We went to beautiful King Arthur Cafe around the corner instead, where they were much friendlier and our delicious breakfast was served without a side of attitude. They also note on their menu that their eggs are ethically sourced. Thanks legends, you clearly understand your target market!

Really hidden away off the James St carpark behind Camilla. Delicious wraps - probably one of the best about, selling the usual overrated hipster ‘fonzie abbott’ rubbish coffee. Owner is very polite and fast, lady behind the counter is always a bit slower and less than pleasant. Overall great food and location.
