Can Blue Juice Bar

What a fantastic little juice bar! Took my son, we had a watermelon strawberry juice, and a lemon mint juice. I had to double check with the owner as the juice was so fresh that there was nothing else added. Fresh fruit, great options to choose, friendly staff. Lovely little Japanese touches around the shop. Cannot go wrong visiting this place.

It's a very popular spot in katoomba. I am a new customer, but have found the service very good. Be prepared for a little bit of a wait, but quality takes time.

Great fresh juices and smoothies, bubble tea and other options, excellent choice if you're fussy and would like to modify what you order.

Highly recommend! I got the milk tea with pearls and it was perfect. I agree with the reviews here, it was so much nicer than the more commercial chains. The tea was a really good quality and the flavour shone through. The milk didn’t leave any fatty residue like some of the commercial places do. Pearls were soft, chewy, lovely brown sugar flavour. It was such a surprise to find this shop and an even greater one that it far exceeded my expectations. Will definitely be back to try some other items when I’m in Katoomba next.

I ordered a #9 pinelime. It was alright, not great, not bad. But I want to leave a positive feedback about the service person on 18 Sep who’s on duty at around 2 -3 pm. She’s very friendly, attentive and engaged (also pretty). I am here for a vacation and thanks for making me feel welcomed.

Great drinks,opening time not set..also just recently changed cup size..medium is close to small size and yet still charging medium price?

Me and my girlfriend went to canblue on Saturday and had an amazing experience. One girl doing customer service and the other making the drinks, they were both so welcoming. Even when it was busy the girl making the drinks was so kind and served out some incredible smoothies.

This is an excellent place for creative and healthy drinks. We are bubble tea connoisseurs and they had flavour combos we have never seen. Also very friendly service and clean shop. They even do soy milk!!

Amazing bubble tea - got the original bubble tea. Better than the commercial brands we have in Sydney like cha time and gong Cha. Refreshing and always a good buy when we visit Katoomba!
