Yes they serve meals

It's very relaxed for casual golf. I'll often wear sandals, for example. Shorts and a polo shirt are fine. Probably best to avoid a tank top, but you might get away with a T shirt. Competition will probably expect socks and closed shoes.

Recommend that you visit the driving range with someone who is a golfer. If you hit a bucket of balls and like the idea of playing, take it up. If not, find a nice place to go for a walk.
