Great quick coffee stop, or a chat.

We were on a day trip at Blue Mountains. Got off the train and had a coffee at this beautiful café. Lovely fella making coffees for us and had a good chat with him as well. By the end of the day when we were leaving the station, our train was supposed to leave and a local gentleman was waiting to order, he offered us his queue place and allowed us to order before him and told us he is a local. When we got our coffee, we were in so much hurry that we didn't even thank him Just wanted to thank that Gentleman for an amazing gesture.

Just now ordered 2 large coffee and hot chocolate after a long day in Blue mountains just before boarding the train to Central. It was just hot water without milk and went direct to bin. Not even close to 7-eleven dollar coffee and hot chocolate.

Just made a last minute run to get a coffee before our train today - The best decision of the day! I forgot to ask the name but I think it was Paul(as written outside the Cafe on Covid safety sheet). The coffee was amazing and the conversation made our day ☺. Your jokes and your heart warming welcome showed us what Australia is about. Thank you for keeping the Australian spirit alive. I say this because earlier today, we were refused service at another Cafe, where we walked in and nobody even cared to say hello or asked us what we wanted. We stood there for 5 minutes only to hear that they were busy when requested them to take our order and they just went into the kitchen. We had been feeling horrible since. Thank you 🙏 for turning up our day ☺. That coffee meant a lot and tasted delicious! Highly highly recommend the place to everyone stopping by Katoomba. We'll surely be back!

Convenient location for a warm coffee on a cold day. Unfortunately the owner was a bit shy and could not hold a conversation about the coffee machine and the coffee machine industry. Picture is of topic of conversation we had that cold winter day.

Terrible way to treat people. Don’t respect your order, don’t go there if you want to try a different type of coffee without getting the “If that’s what you want I won’t make it go somewhere else”. We decided to go with suggested coffee prosposed to us and it was disappointing. It was racist. To answer the response below: I wanted an expresso lungo, in other words, let the coffee run for longer than just a short expresso. To which I was answered: No way, that's kerosene, I'm not doing that. Usually Brasilian people ask me for similar coffee and I tell them to go somewhere else because I don't do it.

Really good coffee! Don’t let the train station tuck shop vibe fool you, these guys make good coffee with a smile and no fuss well before anyone else is awake or open.

I was pretty disappointed with the coffee quality. Pretty weak roast and the after taste wasn't quite right. Super friendly bloke, nice to have a chat and loves the local neighbourhood. Conveniently located and good selection of snack food... Pies, sausage rolls etc.... All easy to go foods.
