Cafe Momo

If you're staying at Calvary Hospital and looking for a place to eat or get food without long queues, this is your idea cafe. Avoid the one within the hospital as the food there is horrible. If you're just visiting Bruce, this one is also good for casual dining. They make great pumpkin and quinoa salad and excellent fish and chips

Best vego burger, veg plus haloumi! Chips with it are great too! We sat out on the sunny deck.

Decent flat white coffee. And some decent tables around the back if you need to have a work meeting.

Excellent location, probably the best coffee in Bruce. Always busy. The man helped me choose the right bean and ground it the way I had wanted, patiently! :)

Friendly staff that greeted you at entry. Food was delicious and coffee was just right. We sat inside which was warm as there was a cool breeze outside. Parking was a bit choatic. Looks like most people walk there from offices, businesses close by and students from Radford. Good choose of sweet and savoury.

Make sure to try their smashed avo. That is fantastic.

Unfortunately I had a very negative experience here with the staff. Don’t usually post negative reviews given I work in customer service and understand the struggles of it, but with the 4 different staff members I interacted with here, they were all rude, rushed us, threw cutlery down and were very uninterested in serving or even being polite or welcoming. We were not told where to sit and then asked to move tables and then told after 40 minutes we had to leave (they were super quiet, had more than half the tables empty) - super unimpressed and won’t be back. Would have gone back heaps if I had enjoyed it given it’s so close to home but this was shocking service:(
