Had an unpleasant experience with their food and customer service. As a vegetarian, I’ve never had trouble to order egg & mayo sandwich or wrap. That’s the option when I feel like something other than a toast. However, their egg & mayo wrap got ham in it. I was so shocked. I asked the staff why this typical veggie food got ham inside and I can’t eat. A girl said why didn’t you ask clearly what veggie options are. I was suggesting them to add “ham” on the egg& mayo wrap sign cause it was so misleading for vegetarian people. The girl refused and said we never had anyone got problem with our signs. I didn’t want to fight with them as I’ve got my baby sleeping in the pram. I continued with my drink. Oh my goodness! they’ve got the worst bubble tea in the world. I was asking what cold drinks they have and the girl listed ice coffees and bubble tea. I was quite surprised and ordered it cause I love bubble tea, however, the pearls were so hard like little stones, not chewy at all! They must be not test drinking their bubble tea so they don’t know how hard the pearls are. At the end, I felt so ripped off as they were quite expensive considering what they provided me. Not suggesting anyone go to this cafe, and the worst cafe I’ve ever been in Hornsby area.

They use cage eggs. I told them I'd pay more for free range. They didn't care for my feedback. I won't be going back. Cage egg chooks live in a cage the size of a A4 piece of paper for 18 months. They cannot even stretch like you do when you are tired, let alone they can't do many other things that come naturally to chooks.

Worst customer service I have encountered for a very long time, they never admitted their mistake but always throw at you a ‘why you didn’t say it in the first place’ attitude.

Great up to strength flat white. And it's hard to go past a toasted with butter slice of coconut and mango bread... Allow a bit of time on weekday mornings for takeaway. Meantime enjoy the cafe's bright and fresh feel with big glass doors opened to a busy (for Asquith) intersection. Nice.

Great coffee and fast service - not a lot of seating due to covid and following all covid safe procedures! Will be back!

Good coffee, friendly service. Perfect for walking the dog to. Two tables outdoors, more indoors. Gets busy after school starts. Open every day but Mondays.
