Buncha Buncha

The food was amazing, each mouthful a delight, the service happy and helpful I'm definitely coming again with others.. yummy

It was our first time to dine at Buncha. The stew meat was tough. Disappointing stew. Broth was just okay. They forgot what were very small home-made iced teas. One tea had a broken piece of plastic included. The mandatory Covid sign in was conspicuously missing. The experience was ordinary and won't soon be repeated.

Fabulous tasty and authentic. Cooked on charcoal for the proper smokey flavours. I'm going to drive from the Sunshine Coast just to eat here again. Highly recommended. Super friendly service with a smile and very cheap prices. Even serve Hanoi beer. Was so good!

The buncha dish has the most incredible char grill flavour in the broth. There are only a handful of menu items which means you know they make it all very well!

Whilst the food we got was lovely, the service was shocking and slow to say the least. We ordered 1 x Bun Cha and 1 x Grilled Chicken with rice for 2 people. The food was slow to come out and after 1 dish came out and we started eating it - the staff said our other dish was not available, no apologies or suggestions on what to order instead. We asked for something else, again not available. We ended up with basically the same dish as our first one just with noodles instead. It was a quiet lunch time and had lots of dirty dishes sitting on quite a few table around us. We won’t go back.

I ate here for lunch and had to wait an hour for the food. There was no warning it would take that long, and no acknowledgement or apologies given. The staff do not communicate with customers. Even while ordering food at the counter, the customer service was lacking. The server just stares at you without saying a word. I had the buncha buncha and crab spring roll. The buncha buncha was good, but the long wait and poor service ruined the experience. There are definitely better places in Brisbane to get Vietnamese food.

We had a variety of meals and they were all delicious, couldn't fault anything. The service was great aswell.

As a westerner who dreams of the flavors of Vietnam on our trip years ago, this is the most authentic we have ever had. Definitely don’t miss the buncha - signature dish and amazing flavors. Great spring rolls too! Great prices, service was quick. We love this place!
