I went there with my 2 young kids for breakfast this morning. The serving staff are very very friendly and inviting, happy to help with anything, I had the salmon crepe and it was Absolutely amazing!!! Definitely recommend. Their caramel latte was also very well made, fresh juice my daugh loved, my son really enjoyed his baby chino which might I add was absolutely adorable with the little face on it. Pancakes were a hit with my kids as well. We will definitely be back. Thank you so much for a wonderful morning.
Bad service, got told to take a seat and we will come take your coffee order, 3 girls on the floor all walking past us. No one took our order. New tables arrived and there orders taken straight away Far better cafes in the area
Delicious food. Well trained staff. Relaxing atmosphere. Well priced. Highly recommend this place. I'll definitely be back next time I'm in town.
My experience at Brick Lane today was as if I was in the story of Goldilocks... My coffee came too hot and burnt. My bacon was too cold. But the service was just right.... The Benedict lacked flavour which was quiet disappointing but well done for trying to make it in-house. 2 Stars is for the great atmosphere, ambiance and service. Unfortunately they lost points on food flavour and burnt milk in the coffee. Hats of to the young man who has just started there. Heβs doing a superb job. Great potential to this place. Just need to focus on product quality.
Omg had breakfast here today and it was unbelievable. The apple crumble pancakes was delicious. My partner had eggs on south doe the best his had. The service was amazing as well. The coffee lady the best cappuccino I've had ever. Thanks
Another example of a venue being let down by it's service. Food was enjoyable , but really wanted a glass of red with my main - asked twice, and by the time it was coming out we had finished desert and were paying to leave, also the coffee which was ordered with desert never came out. Then when we asked for them to be taken off the bill being we never received them, we copped attitude instead of apologies. All on a day that they were no more than 20% capacity.
Went here for breakfast with a table of 6. After being seated we waited 25 minutes before having to go and find someone to take our order. Drinks all came out at different times, 1 before the meals come, another 3 when we got our meals and the last 2 getting to the table when the meal was nearly finished. 1 meal was just sourdough toast which come to the table stone cold. Rest of the food was quite good apart from some of the bacon (cold and overcooked) Staff were not friendly or welcoming at all.
Nice food .They have outdoor heating so you can sit outside when it is cool .
Super friendly staff and their big breakfast was delicious. Definitely going back there.
Went to Brick Lane for a work morning tea, ordering muffins and coffees when we arrived. The muffins were nice however we finished these and had our plates cleared before even seeing our coffees. We sat there for 45 minutes and still had not received our coffees so I asked to have these prepared in take away cups which then took a further 15 mins. Very disappointed with an hour wait for 6 coffees.
