If youre serious about your bread and you have not been to this place, you have missed out on something special. Got the sourdough first, then the rye did not dissapoint. The chocolate brownie was out of this world.

My daughter sent me a screenshot of this place and said to check it out before we left Albany. We stumbled across it on our way out of town and what a find! I bought an almond croissant 'for the road' and it looked absolutely delicious. I resisted the urge to eat it for two hours, but when I did....... It tasted better than it looked, if that was possible. It was the most delicious croissant I've ever tasted. Do yourself a favour, drop in and grab something. If my croissant was anything to go by, you won't be disappointed.

Some very nice bread. That simple. Yeast has been used for a very long time to make bread but is was not really until late 19 century that it was directly widely commercially available. Make bread without yeast was common before that. It’s great to see such nice sourdough still available.
