Great coffee but music too loud!

I’ve been getting my coffee from Bowan Island for over 12 years now, absolutely the best coffee. If I’m not in the area during the week, I still drive all the way to Drummoyne to get my cappuccino from here. Food is sensational and the staff are lovely. Highly recommend this cafe.

Great pies and cakes ... absolutely divine

This cafe/ bakery used to be great! Definitely has gone down in my estimation. Their sausage/fennel rolls are not fresh which surprised me! If you call yourself a bakery, you expect fresh baked goods daily. Understand that s probably not feasible anymore but quite frankly that s not acceptable in today's c competitive times!

This was a really nice bakery. The food was delectable and the service was delightful. This is what bakeries everywhere should aspire to be. And the music was quite pleasent.

Great bread, great food, great coffee and great service!

The coffee was good and they are open early but the food was disappointing. We ordered the bacon and egg roll on Turkish with Bbq sauce and a coffee. It came out quick and the bread was lovely but the Bbq sauce was forgotten and the bacon over cooked.

Visited Bowen Island Drummoyne after an absence of 12 months. The place has been deteriorating for years and the end of 2020 looks worse. The food is poor quality. Couldn't see one thing i wanted to eat for lunch. Just doesn't look fresh. Same food they have been serving for years. Cakes over-sweet and pastries dry and bland. It's time for new owners. Even their signature breads look miserable. Its a shame.

Great pies, cool atmosphere

Sadly this cafe has gone totally downhill. What used to be a bakery serving great food has turned into a below average cafe with smaller menu and staff who appear to be terminally bored.
