Stumbled across this fantastic Asian tea shop. Service was fantastic, shop layout was great and the tea was heaven. I honestly haven’t had an Asian tea like that ever. It had fantastic consistency and the taste was out of this world. A big shock as I wasn’t expecting this out of Darwin. If you’re in Darwin and want to experience a delicious cold beverage, you must try Bobar!
urghhhhh i loveeeee bobar so much, it is in a convenient location, fantastic bubble tea, great service, imo great price, best bubble tea shop in darwin for sure. Best things to get: passionfruit green tea with lychee jelly and passionfruit popping pearls slight sugar and normal ice
The staff are friendly and provide excellent customer service. There are a variety of beverages and toppings you can choose from which taste amazing. They even have a selection of different types of asian foods and ingredients for purchase. I have tried a few Bubble Teas around Australia, and I can say this shop knows how to make a good Bubble Tea. Definitely worth checking out.
Great range of flavours. I like that you can adjust the sugar and ice to your liking.
Worst customer service I have ever witnessed. I have been a regular customer of bobar and I am gonna admit that it was good experience and the drinks are my favourite but was not at all happy with the recent experience. One of the staff was so rude over the phone and I felt like she was not even interested to take my order. I literally woke up and decided to have mango slushy the first thing, but after the rude customer service, I had to change my mind as I was not confident if my drink would be safe. I think some good customer service training especially over the phone is required for some of the staffs.
Taro milk tea is great. Some stores down south change their recipe to include some powder, but these guys still have the great tasting stuff.
