Poor service ,the waitress is not friendly and the ice cream is the worst I've had in Australia.

My partner and I stopped by for lunch whilst travelling to Port Arthur. Lunch was quickly served, was very fresh and the quality was high. Customer service was good and friendly, there was a vegan option available and the environment/atmosphere was good. Nil issues, would recommend.

Wood log fire, nope it was gas, cafe, nope it’s a take away joint, salt and pepper squid, nope just deep friend cheap squid! Service was however friendly. Food was ok at best! Toilets locked, inside and had to get opened!

I had been here previously on a number of occasions. I was a little bit disappointed that the food on offer was not up to the standard of the previous times. I was informed that the operators were new and also the owners of the building. The food was still quite good though but I would have expected a little more for the money. The period building (Federation?) makes for a fitting experience with the convict trail theme of the area. The parking is good as well of the highway and easy to access . The toilet facilities are clean and fresh too.

Great food and setting. I had a burger and chips for about $17. The food was great. However, when ordering a meal like that it is expected that you'll be full when finished. My stomach wasn't satisfied after my meal and I'm an average eater. The added cost for a premises to increase serving sizes is so little, but it makes a huge difference to customer satisfaction. If a place wants to charge top dollar then they should not be stingy with their product. Other than that, it was quite lovely!

It's a nice location with ample parking. The staff member was very courteous and efficient. The only thing that dissapointed us was that the coffee was very weak. A bit like flavoured milk.

Convenient place for a quick meal. Very disappointed when we order a vegan pizza for around 18aud and we received a tiny one (Pic below). I understand that the place might not receive vegan customers quite often, but offering a half size pizza just because it's 'vegan' for 18aud it's unacceptable. When we asked for a refund the women in charge said 'she doesn't care', and after a bit of discussion, that no one wants to have, they charged us 12aud, very poor customer service. Sorry guys, but there is room for improvement here.. hope you can use this feedback to get better. Cheers
