Big Burger Factory

I got it last week two burgers delivered to the Oaks Embassy. I am not a fan of your meat patty it’s pretty average and if the meat is not good the rest of the burger is not good. My mate and I didn’t even finish them and for me not to finish something you know it’s not great. I am not giving 1 star because you did Get the food out quick and I was hot when it got to me your service is awesome

I have gotten the cesar burger delivered on uber eats for the last 2 nights and am again tonight. its one of the best burgers I've ever had and the chips are good too. Cannot fault them so far

They didn't deliver my food and took my money. The delivery guy lied about turning up (said there was no one there, when there was 3 people waiting at the door), no call received or missed call, the restaurant wouldn't answer their phone when they were called about the late/missing order. Menu log emailed them because they couldn't get through. 2 hours later, still chasing them up & they refused to give me a refund.
