Big Bite Indian Fast Food Restaurant

Excellent Food, good service. The best thing for me was its pure vegetarian restaurant. Cleanliness was much better then few other indian restaurants i have tried in Blacktown area.

The food was delicious and nice service. Food is reasonably priced. No complaints about that. Just one thing, the place was too loud.

Delicious vegetarian Indian food. The dishes were served in a timely manner, the service was fantastic. It is very busy here, but now I get why that is the case. Will return!

Amazing food and service, deserves 5star however it was too loud hence, 4, would prefer take away rather dine ins,

i hv ordered aloo puri and tea from uber eats but i got oil and puri. just look at the picture like seriously guys shame on you. you are actually insulting indian curries by putting so much oil in it. Now you tell me how can i eat this & i almost wait an hour for my food to arrive and this is wt i got. dnt u guys check before sending the food to customers. Thank you fot killing my mood and hunger as i was so hungry but now i really dnt feel like eating anything

They are the worst restaurant ever. They have recently been getting good business so customer service has gone out of the window. Don't ever order food from them as it will take 1.5 hrs atleast to get it and when you call them they don't even want to speak to you. They cannot handle busy restaurant. Last time we walked in to the restaurant we were made to wait 40 mins for a table and then another 2 hours for food. Then they gave us the wrong order TWICE!!! Then more waiting. Ridiculous. Customer service is prime when you have a busy restaurant. Making sure your customers are comfortable and honestly sharing the info with them goes a long way in retaining clients. Enjoy your business while you can but if you don't do something about your customer service I am sorry to say this business won't survive long.

Service is not good. We went today and keep on waiting for the order. Even, the customers sitting next to us facing the same issue. However, the food quality is fine but the service is too slow👎.

This place needs work, utensils are dirty just have to look between the fork and voila. Fine dining but its too loud to have a quiet dinner. Hygiene is not their forte. Food taste wise only the starters are good mains take long to come had to cancel our order because it took more than 30 mins to arrive.

Amritsari kulcha was the best dish we had at the restaurant. We also had noodles and a curry which were all decent and normal. Portions at the restaurant are quiet generous so be mindful before you order. Service is average.

Good food. But is slow in service and waiting takes ages. If cv they can improve their management it will he awesome
