Best banh mi in Perth! Mouth watering fried chicken! In fact, all of their food is delicious and fresh. The staff are just as amazing as the food and serve you quickly and with a smile. A fantastic family run business where it is clear they genuinely care for their customers. Being busy is a sign of quality food and service!!

Only giving this 4 stars cuz the roast pork in the bahn mi we ordered was somewhat white color and mostly fat. Otherwise this place and the one in Freo markets serves the best BM(T) SOR. They also have some other great viet dishes and do BBQ outside everything fresh so highly recommanded.

I got the Crispy Pork Belly. It was delicious. Bun was fresh, fillins were tasty. Importantly it was a generous serve but I still wanted more. Only disappointing thing was how long it took to get the roll. They were busy, I was hungry... But 20-30 minutes seems a little excessive

The best lunch bar in the area. Great range and with a Thai twist. Be prepared to wait. I arrives today to a que that was 10 strong outside the door. Very fast service.

Just proves that location isn't a problem if your food and service is good. Be prepared to wait but seriously it is very impressive food and generously filled banh mi, bbq skewers were marinated perfectly.

Delicious bahn mi! And the succulent pork ribs! Would 100% recommend. Staff are also very lovely :)

This place is always busy! Great customer service and greeted with a smile everytime, you wonder why they are busy. Long queues on weekends but definitely worth the wait for the food. It's a fortnightly ritual!
