Best burger I've ever had!

Some of the best burgers I've tasted. Had the Betty Classic and kids had the chicken burger. Thumbs up from everyone 👍

The burgers here are very good! But a pro tip is that you can get a kids cup of concrete (custard ice cream with a topping) for $5 if you just want an amazing hit of deliciousness. It's a generous serve. Don't do the chocolate unless you are a mad chocoholic. The vanilla is exceptional and has vanilla beans throughout. The meringue topping gives you a textual experience that is hard to rival.

Very tasty burgers. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars and not 5 is because they never cut the chunky part of the lettuce off and the portion of meat is almost non existent in these burgers and I'm a small guy....only 65kg and 5"10 and 2 burgers at 21 dollars is not filling at all.. It's annoying biting into a tasty burger to have it ruined by hard lettuce chunk ends and have basically no meat. These guys are definitely making a huge profit with their overpriced separate item menu and tiny portions of meat.

One bite of their burgers and you can taste how unique and different they are. The classic beef patty is soft and crispy and very flavourful. Milk shake is nice but is a lot Thicker than normal ones (hence the name thick shakes). Staff are friendly. Great prices.

Absolutely appalling service here, I’ve come here on holiday and me and a couple of friends decided to get some burgers, we came 2 nights in a row and both nights have been the worst service I’ve ever received in my life, It is a shame we actually enjoyed the food but we will not be returning here due to the girls at front who served us. And when we called to complain to the manager she simply said “what do you want me to do about” Betty burgers I suggest you speak to your staff about there attitude towards customers because by the time you know no one will want to return here.

Great food and awesome atmosphere. Food was prepared quickly and kitchen staff were friendly. A big shout to Brianna who is a super hardworking young lady with great work ethic. There was never a table left dirty and she even provided table service. Keep up the good work Brianna

Should be happy 1 star. Customer service very average. Got home and missing part of my order. Quality staff better than young and cheaper staff. Lose out in the long run.

Nice burgers and friendly service. Fries where a little cold but still tasty. Will come back for dessert.
