Food is really good. The gnocchi was my favourite out of all the dishes I had.

The great thing about having a wine bar attached to a casual kitchen with a cracking cellar/bottle shop is that you get access to all of it, but in a more relaxed and social environment. Whether it’s a natty or a delicious craft beer every item on the rotating menu is carefully curated, the variety and quality on offer hard to overstate.

Wonderful venue, firstly gorgeous setting. Lots of spaces, with different looks. I particularly liked the outdoor, exposed brick area with some leafy green vines. The service was good, and they also made special efforts to cook the gluten free food with minimal cross contamination (even frying the potatoes separately). Much appreciated (Thank you!), it's very reassuring when they asked if it was lifestyle or coeliac. Great menu of small sharing or bigger dishes. Highly recommend.

Brilliant food, great vibes and great selection of beers on tap and wines. Great for any purposes, coffee, drink or as a proper restaurant. Always very busy. The presentation of the food is very amusing and the ingredients are fresh.

Great decor and vibe. I am all for supporting local businesses and going out for a meal with friends and family. However, the chicken was raw. It wasn't until halfway through eating my dish that I noticed the chicken was raw. I was sick a few hours later. The portions are small and overly priced. Fine-dining prices but without the fine dining experience as you go up to the counter to pre-pay for food and drinks. The service was slow too. I think if you want safe, affordable dining experiences, you're better off going to another restaurant.

Came to Besk a few weeks ago with friends and everything was great. Prompt service at the bar and interesting selection of drinks, the venue is beautiful and because it was so busy, it was full of energy and life. Will definitely be returning.
