We were there Saturday and I must say that the customer service was very poor. You need to find workers that can multitask and maybe even tell people who are still looking that you will just serve the people that are ready to order rather than stand around waiting on people who can’t decide. Need more mature and confident staff

Nice place for a treat; to cool down in summer or as dessert after a feed at one of the other food joints in the area!

Love b&j so much ! They have lots of vegan flavours which is really great and the seem like they care about their customers (free scoops once a year at least ! Who else does that?) and the planet (although a few improvements are needed on that point - ie: no paper cone wrappers nor single use plastic spoons). The staff is always cheerful

they say they open at 10:00 but they actually open at 11:00 and if you have planed this in advance it is a great way to ruin your day!!!!!!

you're charging an eftpos surcharge which isn't permitted for direct debits non paypass. I'd recommend you remove that before someone reports it to MasterCard
