Great atmosphere, service and food. Staff very attentive. The food was very good.

Nice experience and atmosphere. Good for date night. Nice big servings, a little pricey for what you get. Fully stocked bar. More vegetarian options would be good

Very packed and it took us a while to get seated. There wasn't as much food on our plates as we'd have liked, which is a shame becuase it was so delicious! The service was amazing, even though they were busy they still made sure to check on us.

Food was good, prices were a little high, especially for the cider.

Had food from the Manuka store earlier this week which was fabulous. Ordered one of the same dishes from Woden but was disappointed. The flavour was lacking and the delivery driver did not follow the written instructions included in the order. I live in a large complex and because he didn’t deliver as requested, he got lost and then stood outside the unit gate for five mins because he was incapable of lifting the latch to leave the order at the front door while I came back from where he was supposed to be! Overall a disappointing experience. Will probably wait to visit family in Kingston so that the order comes from the Manuka store if I need an Italian fix again.

Good food good service

Bad service. Basically forgotten about after main meal plates were removed. Had to grab waitresses as they were rushing past twice for service. Coffees were just luke warm. Won't go back

Nice place but food isn't impressive. Pizzas are quite mediocre.

Terrible overpriced food. We have tried Belluci's in Woden 4 times now as it is close location to where we live. Every single time the food has lacked flavour, small portions, poor value for money and generally poor quality- thrown all together. The pizzas have minimum topping and all cost $25. After reading many other reviews, saying best Italian in Canberra, I wonder if these people work for Belluci's. We have had way better Italian in Canberra. We definetly will not be back in the future. 4 times disappeared is enough. Would of rated 1 star but the staff were nice most the times so 2 stars it is.

We booked online for 7.45pm, but we waited at least 45 minutes or more for our table for two to be ready. It was very over crowded, with no place for us to sit and wait, and nobody came near us for at least 30 minutes. Food was just ok. Mine was too hot and my friend’s was too cold. Our Waitress wasn’t very friendly and seemed super stressed. Wine was very over priced too. No where near the standards of the Manuka restaurant. We won’t be going back again in a hurry, unfortunately!

Incredibly slow service and pricey for what you get

Terrible customer service. Never answer the phone. Don’t bother trying to get takeaway you will never get onto the phone with them waste of money and time

Ordered through menu log, paid quite a lot for a few items and all of them were sub par. Namely the focaccia was literally just a bit of bread in foil, the pasta just tasted like tomato paste from Woolworths. Won’t be ordering again.

Pretty good food, very nice atmosphere and very friendly and competent service

Went for my wife's birthday and arrived at 530 and our mains didn't arrive until 715. And even then, one main still hadn't arrived. When we ordered, we asked if the main meal for our toddler could come out a little earlier and staff said that would be fine but it arrived with the other plates almost two hours after we arrived. At around 7pm, we asked two differnt wait staff if they could check on the status of our order and they said they would, but didn't follow up with us. Staff eventually did try and make it up to us by providing free desert but said we had to leave as they needed the table for the next booking. We ended up only having around 15 minutes to eat our meals before we were asked to leave. And then they made us wait again to pay! Staff seemed disorganised and inattentive. Overall, a terrible experience for a birthday dinner.

A little disappointing with warm white wine and a pricey choice for low quality. Staff were great though.
