Just had lunch here. Food very average and bland. Would not recommend this place. Had lunch at the balmoral boat shed which is much nicer and better value for the money.
The scallops were beautiful. FYI the prices of menu have been updated.
I have briefly looked at other reviews and noticed that what I experienced had occurred at least twice before amongst those of us who bother to write a review! 2/3 empty -35 min wait and not a word of explanation and certainly no sign of apology - high priced average food - friendly staff (but shouldn’t that be a given?) / never again I’m afraid
