Baxter Fish And Chips

Great family business, i haven't been here in years but i'm delighted that they're still in business. I used to come here every week as a kid and since moving to the city i've found it quite hard to find a fish and chip place that could live up to the quality and quantity that this business provides. I wish you many more years of success!

Awesome fresh chips and potato cake. Reminds me of the way they used to make them years ago. Even got an extra one from the owner. Great place and friendly staff.

I visited the shop last night after not being for a few years. The quality of the food was outstanding. I was especially impressed with the batter on the fish. It was light and crispy (very rare in these parts) and stayed that way till I got home to eat it. I'm originally from Grimsby, UK which is considered the home of fish and chips by many so this compliment should not be taken lightly ;) I'll be back!

This place is brilliant they were very friendly, clean shop and so much food and reasonable price.

Fabulous local fish and chippery! Really friendly and helpful staff,great food and most of all,clean and fresh. Took the gluten free flake and chips option and was very impressed. Definately worth visiting!

This would be the most efficient fish and chip shop on the Peninsula. Huge flake, great potato cakes and good chips. Super fast service with no need to phone order. I'll be back.

Exceptional customer service. Succulent grilled fish. Chips tasted like they were made in freshwater.

Really good food, and especially for us as our daughter has a lot of allergies, they can cook hers separately so she doesn't miss out.
